Hiring juniors through a meetup and an office tour
In Riga there were monthly game-dev meetups, and students of a local game-development college came to them. I offered one of them a job as an assistant on game skins. He did well.
So we invited his whole group to the office. We showed them how we actually work — tools, pipeline, the skin system — and I recorded it as a video tutorial. Several more people joined after that, already knowing how we work.

The lesson: for juniors, showing the real workflow beats a job ad. And recording it once gives you an onboarding video for free.
